Part one: The career choices Id choose would be Leadership and diversity and culture. part two: As a Hispanic Latina I feel it would be somewhat interpersonal if I choose a career where I could educate people on Diverse cultures like Mexican decent and growing up in America such as myself. but so I can also learn other ethnicity backgrounds as well. I have always felt that I was born a leader. certain leadership roles carry more weight than other jobs i would definitely see myself in human resources.

    1. It's tricky to choose just 2! I'll have to go with 'communication' and 'leadership. 2. No matter where you are and what you do, communication skill is essential and it plays an important role in our relationship as well. As a trainer, I would like explore and learn more about 'leadership' myself. Compared to the past, there are many young leaders in our society and the definition of 'good leader' may vary by culture and industry.

Time Management - with my last job, my supervisor said that I did not manage my time very well. Communication - I was not able to get my supervisor to understand that the job had gotten so busy that it needed more than one person to handle the job.

I made a positive choice this week to get out of my on way, to not let my current circumstances have a negative, but a positive impact on my life. By doing this it allowed me to stop thinking about all the reasons why I could not attend school, and reflect on the reasons that I could. Having a positive attitude made me feel unstoppable, like I can do anything!
