Skill Builder

About this Activity
The Skill Builder Self Assessment Activities come next. Knowing oneself is the best bit of advice we can give students to help them find a career they are passionate about and makes them happy. A satisfying career engages their heart as well as their mind. Through a series of personal assessments, students will learn about their likes and dislikes, their values, their interests, what they do well so much more. Some of the Skill Builder responses will help populate their Go Plan found in Part three. Teachers have the flexibility to add additional skill builder activities should they want to enhance the module topic.
Orientation Goal Setting
Goals give our life direction. The ultimate objective of goal setting is to be proud of the person you see when you look in the mirror! Happy people are productive people and productive people are goal setters and leaders!

Studies have found that approximately 90% of the population does not set goals. 90 percent! We spend WAY more time planning our social calendars then we do planning for our future. At AHA World Campus we believe that if you set challenging but attainable goals, you will find yourself WAY better prepared for life and future career.

Use the spaces below to set (write) three meaningful goals that can help you become a happy and productive person destined for success!

Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice; it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved. ~William Jennings Bryan
